Accommodation Q&A

Q.I would like to reserve a non-smoking room.

A: Please request a non-smoking room when making reservations. Please note, if the non-smoking rooms are all booked or your desired room type does not include non-smoking rooms, we will take measures to eliminate odor as much as possible.

Q.Can I request a room on the upper floors, or with a view?

A: We can accept your request. Please note, however, we may not be able to satisfy your request depending on the vacancy conditions on the day.

Q.About accommodation with children


The room rate is free for children if they share a bed with parents, or use baby cots.

*If you wish to use baby cots (free), please contact us in advance (the number of baby cots for newborns and older is limited).

*If you use an extra bed, there is no special rate set for children, and it is the same as for adults (¥3,465: tax included).

Q.How about the cancellation charge?

A: Please contact us two days prior to the scheduled day of your stay for cancellation. A cancellation charge will be applied after that.

Cancellation on the previous day: 20% of accommodation rates
Cancellation on the day: 80% of accommodation rates
No show: 100% of accommodation rates

Q.Can I check my baggage before check-in or after check-out?

A: We keep our guests' baggage in the cloak room on the first floor (free).

Q.I would like to send my baggage to the hotel in advance.

A: Please send to the following address. (Be sure to specify the date of stay and guest name.)

Our guests can use the parking free of charge from 1:00 pm on the day of check-in to 3:00 pm on the day of check-out. Outside of these hours, the parking fee is ¥500 per 30 minutes. Before taking your car out, please ask us to stamp the parking ticket at the front desk. Please present it with the room information card we give you at check-in to the staff at the exit. Also, please note that you will be charged if you park and then drive off somewhere before check in. Be sure to finish the check-in (available from 1:00pm) before leaving the hotel.

*Parking is located near the fountain on the Oike-dori side. The parking entrance is south of the hotel.
The capacity is 250 cars, and clearance is 2.1 meters. Please contact our staff for a car exceeding the limit, which should be parked at the hotel entrance. Advanced reservation is not required.

Q.Can I use the pool or fitness center?



Our guests can use at ¥2,160(tax included) per use.

Open hours: 7:00 am - 10:00 am (3 hours.Please enter by 9:00 am.)

Closed: Monday (Open on national holidays.)
Available facilities: gym, heated pool, sauna, bath


Our guests can use at ¥3,240 (tax included) per use.

Open hours: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Tuesday to Friday. Please enter by 9:00 pm.)

11:00 am - 9:00 pm (Saturday, Sunday, national holidays. Please enter by 8:00 pm.)

Closed: Monday (Open on national holidays.)

*We offer swimming wear, cap, goggles, towel, and sauna pants free of charge.

*Please note that facility users must be 18 years of age or older

*If you wish to use the Fitness Club in the afternoon,please contact the Concierge or
the Front Desk before you use it,because members have priority use of facilities.

Q.Can I use traveler's cheques for payment?


The payment by traveler's cheques is not accepted.
