Our biggest banquet room has earnt a reputation as one of the finest venues for an international conference or a dinner show.
This dignified room is full of grace and deserves to be called Kyoto’s Guest House.
The entire hall is lavish, such as with a 6 meter-high ceiling, chandeliers, and interior decorating. The European tone and stateliness are expressed in modern feeling, which creates high quality premium accents to suit all for “Gyoun”.
The hall can be divided into three, and likewise can be held for events held in one after another, for example, a party after conference. (50 to 150 people)

*The special gorgeous lobby is attached to the “Gyoun” hall.
*Wireless LAN high-speed Internet connection service is available.

Conference

One of the largest-class meeting halls in Kyoto city. International conferences and/or dinner parties are held in this dignified room, which is worthy of being called Kyoto’s Guest House.
The hall is completely equipped with a simultaneous interpretation system and Wi-Fi LAN, and we can accept various requests including for the use of special audio equipment.

Party

This hall is provided with chandeliers hanging from a 6 meter-high ceiling, lavish interior decorating, and quality sound and lighting systems, all of which create high quality, premium time to suit all for “Gyoun”.
With all our hearts and hospitality we successfully set a gorgeous stage for many people to experience.
Furthermore, if the Gyoun hall and foyer are combined for use, a buffet party with up to 1,400 persons can be made available, which is the largest class in Kyoto city.
